Ditch the cheap zip ties holding your expensive light on. The Kaos Customs Wide Style Light Mount is a clean, secure, purpose-built mount for single-bar-mount fat tire e-bikes with 7/8" handlebars. 3D-printed from premium carbon-fiber-reinforced nylon for strength and a sharp, custom look.

Fitment

Important — Light Compatibility
This mount is designed ONLY for replica metal Baja-style lights. It is NOT compatible with MotoParty lights or genuine Baja Designs lights. Please confirm your light type before ordering.

Features

  • No More Zip Ties – A secure, purpose-built mount that replaces sketchy zip-tie setups.
  • Carbon-Fiber-Reinforced Nylon – 3D-printed from a premium, durable filament for strength and a clean finish.
  • 7/8" Bar Fit – Sized specifically for 7/8" single-bar-mount setups.
  • Optional Grade 5 Titanium Bolts (4-Bolt Set) – Add lightweight, high-strength titanium hardware.

Installation Notice
Do NOT over-tighten any bolt on the mount or the connecting light — overtightening can strip the mount. Use the sizing picture to check fitment. We recommend professional installation.
